What should I expect?
ComplexCon is an immersive ever-evolving platform giving attendees an insider’s look into the world of pop culture. Combining elements of a festival and an exhibition, bringing together diverse aspects of pop culture and digital interests into a real-life experience.
ComplexCon offers attendees the opportunity to engage with and learn from some of the most fascinating minds in pop culture, while enjoying live musical performances, exploring the curated marketplace to shop limited edition goods, and experience cutting-edge technology, interactive and innovative art pieces that bridge the gap between the digital and physical worlds.
Get the best of both worlds—a festival atmosphere with music and entertainment, and an exhibition where you can explore the latest trends, technologies, music, and artistic creations.

From the city
MTR

• You can take the Airport Express Line from Hong Kong, Kowloon, or Tsing Yi station to AsiaWorld-Expo Station.
  (It is the stop after the HK International airport)
• With the ComplexCon ticket, you are eligible to a discounted $60 AEL round trip ticket from Hong Kong and Kowloon station, and $47 from Tsing Yi Station at dedicated Asia-World Expo ticket counter.

Bus

• <Route X1> Point-to-point Express Bus from MTR Tung Chung Station

From the Boarder
From Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macao Bridge (HZMB)

• Take bus route B4 from the HZMB Hong Kong Port Public Transport Interchange to the the SKYCITY Transport Terminal, situated on the ground floor of the 11 SKIES, next to AWE.

Hong Kong AsiaWorld-Expo provides a fee-based luggage storage service; you can also use the SF Express counters at the venue to store purchased products or send them directly to designated locations.

Opening

• Marketplace opens at 12pm on 23-24 March at 12am.
• Guests with VIP or $1280 Ticket Type can enjoy early access to Marketplace on 23-24 March at 10am.

Closing

• Marketplace will be closed at 8pm so our guest can enjoy COMPLEX LIVE! Concert.

Can I bring my children to Marketplace?

• Each ticket holder can bring two children with a height of less than 100 centimeters to enter Marketplace for free. However, Complex Live! concerts are only available to ticket holders who are 12 years old or above and 140 cm or above in height.

Will here be a Marketplace at ComplexCon Hong Kong on March 22?

• There will be no Marketplace on Friday, March 22nd. Customers who hold "Complex Live! Concert and Marketplace Tickets" on that day can enter the Marketplace on March 23 (Saturday).
• If you hold a $1,280 ticket on March 22, you will have priority to enter the Marketplace two hours earlier on March 23, and enjoy priority admission to the Marketplace and ComplexCon(versations) (including GOAT TALK).

When will ComplexLive! concert start?

• The Complex Live! concert will start at 8pm and will provide you with a total performance of more than 120 minutes.
• The Complex Live! Concert admission starts at 5:30pm.

Who will be performing at the Complex Live! concert?

What is the difference between Complex Live! concert T1, T2 and T3?

• T1, T2, and T3 are in order of distance from the stage; $1,280 and VIP tickets are for the T1 zone; $980 and a 3-day package are for the T2 zone; and $780 are for the T3 zone.

Is Complex Live! concert T1 zone divided into 3 areas?

• Complex Live! T1 audience area is divided into three areas: A, B, and C. The specific viewing location is determined according to the order of entry. Audiences in each area will also receive designated bracelets to identify their viewing location.

Can I still enter the concert after it starts?

• Yes, you can still enter the venue after the show starts.

Is Marketplace near Complex Live! concert venue?

• The two are next to each other and both are within the AWE venue.

Can professional equipment be used for photography and videos at the Complex Live! Concert?

• It is strictly prohibited to bring professional photography and video equipment, selfie sticks, etc. inside the venue.

Are there resting areas at the Complex Live! Concert?

• There is a resting area at the end of the T3 area, and there is also a special exhibition area to bring you limited exhibitions at the concert venue. There is also a bar selling non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks for the audience, and a VIP bar for VIP ticket holders.

Where can I buy ticket to ComplexCon?

• Available at Cityline, Ctrip and Douyin.

What are the ticket types “Concert & Complex Marketplace” and “Complex Marketplace ”?

• " Concert & Complex Marketplace " are priced at $780, $980 and $1,280, and can enter the marketplace and the designated area for the Complex Live! in the evening; the $380 " Complex Marketplace " is only applicable to entry Marketplace.

How is the $1,280 " Concert & Complex Marketplace " ticket different from other tickets?

• You can have priority to enter the fashion market two hours in advance, and enjoy priority admission to the Marketplace and ComplexCon (versations) (including GOAT TALK).

Is it possible to enter and exit the ComplexCon Hong Kong venue multiple times?

• When entering the venue, the staff will scan your ticket and cancel it to prevent reuse. At the same time, everyone will wear a unique wristband to facilitate entry and exit of the venue at any time.

Are Douyin’s COMPLEXCON tickets authentic?

• Douyin, Ctrip, and Cityline are all official channels, and the tickets purchased are all authentic.

If I purchased multiple tickets in one order, can I enter them separately at different times?

• Before the event, you will receive the QR code corresponding to each ticket as a voucher for admission. You would need to import the relevant ticket to redeem the wristband for each admission.

In addition to the QR code, do I need any other documents to enter the viewing area?

• Please bring your ID card just in case. When entering the venue, the staff will immediately cancel the ticket QR code and provide everyone with an exclusive wristband to facilitate multiple entry and exit.

Will there be a Marketplace at ComplexCon Hong Kong on March 22?

• There will be no Marketplace on Friday, March 22nd. Customers who hold "Complex Live! Concert and Fashion Market Tickets" on that day can enter the Marketplace on March 23 (Saturday).
• If you hold a $1,280 ticket on March 22, you will have priority to enter the trend market two hours earlier on March 23, and enjoy priority admission to the trend market and ComplexCon(versations) (including GOAT TALK).

Who can get Verdy Passport?

• For holders of tickets priced HK$980 or above, a passport will be available for your redemption. For holders of HK$780 tickets, there will be a limited number of passports available on a first come first served basis.

Can I get a Verdy passport on March 22?

• There will be an exclusive area for collection on March 22, and audience who meet the requirements can go to collect it.

Who is the Organizer?

• ComplexCon is brought to you by Complex Networks, the youth culture media company.

Any age limits at ComplexCon?

• There are no age limits in Marketplace; for the Complex Live! concert, guests are expected to be 12 years old or above and over 140 cm tall.

What payment methods are accepted?

• ComplexCon Gift Shop is a cashless event. Only electronic payment will be accepted. Cash may be accepted at discretion of the exhibitors.
